How Do I Access MCU Mobile Banking?
Your MCU@Home username and password are the same ones used with MCU Mobile Banking. The multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a little different. The MFA for MCU Mobile Banking consists of using a One-time PIN (OTP) sent to the primary account holder’s email address following the first login attempt. An e-mail message with the OTP is sent to the registered e-mail address currently used in MCU@Home banking to authenticate the validity of the account user. Once the OTP is received, you will see a new screen requesting that you input the OTP; you now have access to mobile banking. From that point forward, only the MCU@Home banking password is used to login each time the account is accessed. Please note that the username is masked to hide all but the last two characters (i.e., ****cu) on future visits.
NOTE: To ensure you can receive the OTP message, make sure your primary contact e-mail address is accurate in MCU@Home banking profile before you start the authentication process. If not, choose Profile tab, then select the edit icon by your email address.
For Android device owners, go to the Google Play Store and search for MCU Mobile Banking. Install it then login into your account. Receive the OTP via e-mail and authenticate your account.
For Apple iOS device owners, go to the App Store and search for MCU Mobile Banking. Install it onto the iOS device and login into your account. Receive the OTP via e-mail and authenticate your account.
