Activate Your Debit Card Today
Call 1-800-631-3197 from the phone number associated with your account. You will set your PIN while you are on the call activating your card. Your current Missouri Credit Union debit card will continue to work until 4 AM Monday morning if you do have any issues activating your new card.
On November 1, 2025, call 800-631-3197 from the phone number associated with the account. You’ll be able to activate the card and set up the PIN.
For a period, you will continue to receive your direct deposit as you have been with Missouri Credit Union and checks that have your Missouri Credit Union routing and account number on them will continue to clear. After the data merger, you can begin to resubmit direct deposit paperwork with your new account number. You should also plan to order and begin using new checks with your new account and routing numbers. We will communicate with you in advance when changes need to be made.

To enroll in online banking for the first time, please have your full SSN, full new member number, email address, and phone number associated with your Missouri CU account.
Unfortunately, transaction history could not be converted through the merger. To see transactions that posted prior to 11/01/2025, please access your October eStatement by clicking on “Statements & Documents” in the left-hand menu.
Each night our system will qualify users that logged in to online banking that day for the very first time.
To obtain Remote Deposit you must:
Be 19 years or older (ages 13-18 qualify with Teen Account)
No accounts opened in the last 35 days
No bankruptcies, levies, or garnishments on the account
No account with a negative activity for more than 32 days.
No returned check activity or other activity in the account that may indicate account abuse or fraud

The ability to access external transfers will not be enabled until our overnight processing after your very first online banking login.
We are working on establishing cross-account online banking access to your merged accounts prior to your initial login to online banking. If there are accounts that you wish to see that you do not, they may not have met the ownership criteria across accounts. If you wish to see accounts that you do not, please give us a call so we can try to help!
Yes! You can access all your 2025 Missouri Credit Union statements by clicking on “Statements & Documents” in the left-hand menu and enrolling in eStatements. If you need to access a statement for a month prior to 2025, please contact us.

We’re preparing a member data merger as part of our transition to Multipli Credit Union. Beginning Friday, October 31 at 6 p.m.; branches will be closed Saturday, November 1, and reopen Monday, November 3.
During this time, online and mobile banking, bill pay services, and ATM/PTM balance
inquiries, deposits, and transfers will be temporarily unavailable. You can use your debit
card for transactions and to make withdrawals from ATMs during the data merger.
Action Needed:
Your account number will change on Nov. 1 and new Multipli
MasterCard(s) will need to be activated to avoid service interruptions. See details.
The Edgewood Branch, located at 3200 W Edgewood Drive, will close temporarily for renovations at 6pm on September 30th.
Starting October 1st, members will be redirected to the drive thru and lobby services at River Region Credit Union branch, just across the street at 3124 W Edgewood Drive.
Safety deposit boxes will remain secure and will not be moved during the renovation process. Members can access their safety deposit box by appointment only.
You’re getting a new Southwest branch at the current Southwest branch location in Jefferson City so we can better serve you and your future! Keep these things in mind to improve your experience during construction that begins August 2025.

As we analyze the best use of combined resources, branches in direct proximity to each other may be repurposed. Staff will be reallocated to another facility or one of the new planned facilities to help facilitate the quality service you have come to enjoy.
Absolutely! Your protected funds will not change. Both credit unions are administered by the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration), and your deposits are federally insured to at least $250,000.
If you have accounts at both Missouri Credit Union and River Region, NCUA allows six months to restructure accounts to ensure all deposits are insured.
Yes. There will be no service interruptions to your debit card. However, be sure to verify the contact information on file for you is accurate so that when new cards are issued, your identity can be verified for card activation.
As always, certificate rates will not change until maturity. Our partnership with River Region will give you access to additional rate and term options.
Your current checks will continue to clear. If new checks are required, we will communicate this change well in advance.

No problem! As we work through the account migrations, these accounts will remain separate. If you have accounts at both credit unions and wish to combine them into one account, please request to do so after all credit union systems have been converted.
Initially, your online banking login credentials will not change. We intend to migrate to a combined online banking platform, which offers a robust suite of bill pay, mobile deposits, external account transfers, and more. We’ll communicate any action needed on your behalf well in advance.
