Teller Supervisor
A rare opportunity in our main branch office as a teller supervisor. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Teller area. Work closely with the Branch Manager on coaching tellers, operational issues and employee relation issues.
Main duties include training, scheduling and supervising staff. Provide mentoring and coaching of new teller while promoting a variety of products and services. Requirements are 2-3 years previous teller or related experience in a financial institution. Ability to interact with members and co-workers face-to-face and over the phone. Experience in supervising employees is desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
